I am a vegan personal trainer, power lifter, and animal rights activist. I love power lifting, animals, cooking, and anything that has to do with nutrition and exercise science. I once weighed 400lbs. Through exercise and healthy eating habits, I was able to lose weight and keep it off.
I went on to become a certified personal fitness trainer to coach people online and to be a personal trainer locally in the Montgomery County and Bucks County, PA area. My goal is to help everyone I can so that no one has to go through what I did.
